Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team carefully inspects it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. The product must be in unused, unwashed condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

As soon as the inspection is complete, we will send you an email confirming the outcome. If your return is approved, we will begin processing your refund. This process typically takes between 7 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider or bank policies.

Refund Options

You may choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Store Credit: A digital voucher that can be used on your next purchase. This option is often faster and can be especially useful if you plan to shop with us again soon.
  • Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can process the refund back to your debit or credit card, digital wallet, or bank account, depending on how you paid initially.

We currently only offer refunds on full-price items that are returned within the 7-day return window. Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
