However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and fair as possible.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the return conditions. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The fabric must not be cut, stitched, or altered in any way.

Items that are returned in a worn or damaged condition, or without original tags, will not be accepted. It is important to note that we inspect every return before processing.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@zillaj.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not return any product without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product was defective or damaged when received.

In these cases, Zillaj will bear the shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or tailored items.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window has passed.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
